Delivery and Returns Policy

In most cases deliveries are made with a courier and will require a signature. In the case of orders less than 5 kilos in weight these may go by post and will be at the discretion of Grayshott Pottery.

It may be more convenient to you to provide a work address to ensure your delivery reaches you as soon as possible.

The courier delivers Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm only. If you are not in when a delivery is made the courier will leave a card detailing how delivery can be re-arranged. We are unable to specify a time of delivery. As a signature is needed to confirm delivery, we are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes.

The company aims to deliver orders within a maximum of 5 - 10 working days.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has arrived with you, please contact us. As we aim to get goods delivered as quick as possible we would ask you to contact us immediately on tel 01428 604404 or email info@grayshottpottery.com Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged Goods

Upon receipt of the goods please check the condition of the goods. If the box looks in any way damaged please do not sign for the goods but contact us immediately on tel 01428 604404. Grayshott Pottery cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged but have been signed for. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the goods at a later date. Returns & Refunds If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us on tel 01428 604404 within 7 working days or email info@grayshottpottery.com Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt.

We will refund your order once it is received back by us and checked it is in good condition. We would request that items are packed with extreme care as any items returned to us broken or damaged cannot be refunded.
