Am I able to return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will happily give you a refund within 28 days of receipt of your order. For our full returns policy click here.
When can I expect my delivery?
We aim to deliver your goods within 10 working days from receipt of your order, assuming that goods are in stock at the time of placing your order.
How much is the delivery charge?
Delivery of orders to a UK mainland address are free of charge.
Do you deliver overseas?
We are able to send your order overseas but there would be a delivery charge and we would ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote.
Do you offer tours to watch the pottery being made?
We offer our exclusive ‘Journey of the Clay’ tour where you’ll follow the raw material through moulding, firing, hand decorating and glazing through to the finished item. The tours last around 30 minutes and run Monday to Friday. There is no charge but booking essential, so please call us on 01428 604 404.
Where are you based?
Grayshott Pottery is one of the last working potteries in the South of England, based on the Surrey/Hampshire border just off the A3. As well as being a working pottery, we also have an extensive Emporium featuring other quirky and designer brands and our Kiln Café, which offers delicious breakfast and lunches daily.

Monday – Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm
Sundays and Bank Holidays 10.00am-4.00pm
Sundays and Bank Holidays 10.00am-3.30pm
We are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday.
