Delivery and Returns Policy

Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.

Our studio pottery is a handcrafted product where glazes are applied by hand. As a result of this process there may be slight variation in colour when fired. Occasionally iron specks from the clay body show through on the finished item and therefore no two pieces are identical.

Delivery of goods to a UK mainland address is free of charge and the company aims to deliver within 10 working days from receipt of order. For orders outside of the UK mainland, please contact us for carriage cost.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item/s. You should inform us within 14 days of the date of delivery, by email info@grayshottpottery.com, or call 01428 604404. Goods must be returned to us at your cost within 28 days and we will reimburse you no later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back from you. We would request that items are packed with care as any goods returned to us broken or damaged cannot be refunded.  We recommend that you return goods via a recorded delivery service and retain the proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for any goods that do not reach our warehouse.

Your right to return does not apply to goods that are made to your specification or that have been clearly personalised.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
